About Me

Welcome! I'm Amy, a Licensed Massage Therapist in the Lexington/Georgetown, KY area. I've always had an interest in natural remedies and helping people heal. I had been wanting to study massage therapy for over a decade and finally took the leap in 2019. I graduated from the Bluegrass Professional School of Massage Therapy in June of 2020 and began my journey as a licensed massage therapist in September 2020 at The Woodhouse Day Spa in Lexington, KY. I currently practice at Elevate Wellness in Lexington and would love to work with you!

I currently specialize in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, and Therapeutic Stone massage and also perform a variety of body treatments. I know the journey of learning is never over and so I continue to educate myself on new techniques and modalities. I'm currently delving even deeper into the Deep Tissue modality (pun intended).
